The "Backroom" is a suite of tools that allows our Virtual ISP customers to manage their IT services online!
Web Mail: Using secure encrypted technology that is used in eCommerce credit card transactions today, our customers can access their secure encrypted e-mail via the Internet. By using this technology, we know that our customers' personal information is safe and secure from hackers. To reduce spam, CNW provides anti-spam technology on their mail servers.
Access Numbers: To locate an access number in your area, just click on access numbers for the available WorldNet and USA directories.
Manage Your Account: Manage your customers online via the Internet. Add additional services to your existing account, view/edit plan details, view billing statements and invoices, change credit card information and reset account passwords.
E-mail Tech Support: CNW's automated on-line tech support allows customers to open a trouble ticket with no trouble at all! To submit your support request on-line, click on e-mail technical support, complete the e-mail with a subject and a description of the problem and click send. CNW's system will automatically open a trouble ticket for our technical support team.
